Dr Matt Westmore- Biography
Director of NETSCC, HSR, PHR & SDO

Matt is Director of NETSCC Health Services Research (HSR); Public Health Research (PHR); and Service delivery and Organisation (SDO).

Matt Joined NETSCC in 2009 as the Assistant Director of Strategy and Development, working across all of NETSCC's activities and supporting its growth.

During 2010/11, Matt was Assistant Director of NETSCC, HTA (Health Technology Assessment programme). He was responsible for HTA researchers, prioritisation, funding teams and NICE technology assessment reports.

Previous to working at NETSCC Matt trained and worked as a medical physicist, both within the NHS and for a medical device company (for which Matt ultimately held the position of Technical Director).
